It all began with a simple camera and a deep passion for capturing the world through a lens— driven by the art of photography and videography, with a particular love for portraits and landscapes. What started as a hobby soon turned into a profession. My first «clients» were friends, then friends of friends, until things got real.
I invested in high-quality equipment, specialized training, and countless hours of creative experimentation. The results spoke for themselves: more and more individuals and businesses entrusted me with their most cherished moments, their boldest ideas, and their most imaginative visions. From personal portraits to commercial shoots, from music videos to branded content, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of clients across industries.

Professional Journey

Alkis Dimos was born in Athens in 1987. He pursued his studies in Technology of Sound and Musical Instruments at the Technological Educational Institute of the Ionian Islands, where his passion for the arts flourished. His creative journey began with music—both as a musician and a music producer. Yet, the magnetic pull of visual storytelling soon captured his heart.

Driven by curiosity and dedication, he delved into photography and videography, blending his love for sound and image into a harmonious craft. Over the years, he built his career as a professional photographer and videographer in Athens, Greece.

Alkis is the founder of Alkis Dimos Visuals, where he continues to create compelling visual content for individuals and businesses alike. He works both as a freelancer and as the Head of the Videography and Photography Department at YouNet DigitalLife Agency.

During his journey, and for five years until late 2024, he served as Creative Director at the digital agency Media Planners, contributing his expertise to diverse creative projects.

Alkis uses every shot to capture what makes his subject special—an emotion, a strong moment, or a brand’s identity. His work isn’t just about images and videos; it’s about telling stories that matter, with clarity, imagination, and impact.
